Kelly Rowland got Breast Implants. At least that is what she told magazine in the March 17th issue. Apparently Kelly Rowland’s breast implants brought her from an A Cup to a B Cup. Maybe it’s a good think we didn’t include Kelly Rowland on our list of celebrities with the smallest breasts.
Of course this isn’t a huge increase in breast size. Of course Kelly Rowland is pretty small, would you really want to see her breaking her back with two double d’s?
